1. Operator and contact

These Terms govern CHUNWANG / PLAY, operated by HK CHUNWANG TRADING LIMITED（春旺貿易有限公司）. Our contact email is chunwang_group@outlook.com. Our address is UNIN C(M04),1/F HONG KONG IND BUILDING, 444-452 DES VOEUXRD WEST, SHEK TONG TSUI HONG KONG. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator; “you” means the person using the site or making a purchase.

2. Scope and eligibility

The store offers original downloadable digital games for personal use. You must be legally able to enter the purchase contract or use the store under the supervision and authorisation of a parent or guardian who accepts responsibility for the purchase. Do not purchase with someone else’s account or payment details without permission. No gambling, cash prizes or paid random-item mechanics are included in this collection.

3. Accounts and security

Checkout requires an account. Provide accurate contact information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for authorised use of your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. We may take proportionate steps to protect an account or investigate misuse; we do not ask you to disclose your password by email.

4. Game descriptions and compatibility

The product page states the game concept, format, controls, price and requirements. The collection consists of single-player HTML5 games supplied as offline ZIP files. Artwork represents the original visual world; gameplay is described by the controls and mechanics. Product art is not presented as a screenshot unless explicitly labelled. Check compatibility before purchase and contact us if a description is materially inaccurate.

5. Licence and intellectual property

After valid payment, you receive a non-exclusive personal, non-commercial licence to use the purchased game files. You may keep a reasonable personal backup. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly host the files or claim ownership of the game or artwork without permission, subject to any non-excludable rights. Rights in the store’s original content remain with the operator or relevant rights holder. No affiliation with unrelated game franchises or hardware brands is claimed.

6. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are displayed in USD. The checkout total is shown before an order is placed, including any applicable charges displayed there. Payment-provider currency conversion or account charges are controlled by that provider. We may change future prices without changing the amount already accepted for an existing order. A material pricing mistake will be explained and resolved with you rather than charged silently.

7. Placing and accepting an order

Review the item, contact details and total before submission. Submission creates an order record; an acknowledgement or order number does not itself confirm successful payment. We may need to verify payment or availability before accepting and supplying the order. If a paid order cannot be supplied, we will arrange the refund due. The account record shows the actual order state.

8. Payments and exceptions

PayPal is the displayed payment option. Complete the steps offered by an available connected payment service. An order remains unpaid until a trusted payment confirmation is recorded. Do not treat a Pending payment order as paid, and do not submit repeated payments without checking the order and provider records. We do not store complete payment-card details. See the Payment policy for duplicate or failed transactions.

9. Digital delivery and performance

No physical item is shipped. Once payment is confirmed and the order is eligible, a download is made available in the purchaser’s account. Extract the ZIP and open index.html with the supplied local files. Internet access is needed for the store and download; the supplied games can be played offline. Keep a personal backup. Online redownload access is not a promise of perpetual operation of the store.

10. Cancellations and withdrawal

You may cancel an unpaid order using the account action where available or by contacting support. For a paid order before supply, contact us to request cancellation. Requests after supply are assessed under the Returns & refunds policy and applicable law. These Terms and an ordinary agreement checkbox do not by themselves remove mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

11. Returns, refunds and remedies

Digital files do not require a postal return. Report non-delivery, corruption, duplicate payment or a material mismatch with the description, including enough information for us to investigate. Appropriate remedies may include assistance, replacement or a refund, subject to applicable rights. Approved refunds normally use the original payment method. Where a refunded licence ends, stop using and redistributing the refunded files, subject to applicable law.

12. Acceptable use

Do not attack the site, bypass account or download controls, submit malware, use another person’s order or interfere with other users. Do not use the contact form for spam. We may restrict conduct that threatens security or breaches these Terms and will consider the circumstances. Restrictions do not remove your right to raise a legitimate payment or consumer complaint.

13. Privacy, cookies and communications

Our Privacy policy explains the personal data used for accounts, orders, support and security. Essential cookies maintain sessions and carts; the current store does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Downloaded games do not send analytics or personal data to us. Transactional communication relates to your orders and requests; we do not treat an order as consent to unrelated marketing.

14. Availability, accuracy and warranties

We aim to keep descriptions accurate and files usable in the stated environment. Maintenance, device changes and outages may affect availability. We do not promise a particular score, personal enjoyment, uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device. Nothing here excludes a guarantee, remedy or standard that cannot lawfully be excluded. Tell us about a material error or fault so we can investigate.

15. Responsibility and events outside control

Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. We do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited, including fraud or other non-excludable obligations. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent service failure beyond our lawful responsibility, but will give relevant help with an affected order. An event outside our reasonable control does not remove a refund or remedy that is legally due.

16. Governing law and disputes

Hong Kong law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or a right to bring a claim in a forum available under applicable law. Please contact us first with the order details so we can try to resolve the issue. You remain free to approach an appropriate authority, payment provider or court where entitled.

17. Updates, severability and contact

We may update these Terms for future use and orders and show the revision date on this page. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an accepted order. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
