Payment policy
All game prices are shown in USD. An order is unpaid until a successful payment is confirmed; creating an order does not itself give download access.
Payment method
PayPal is the checkout option. Where a connected payment service is available, follow its checkout instructions and review the final total before confirming. We do not ask you to send card information or passwords by email, and we do not store complete payment-card details.
Order and payment status
Your account displays the current order status. “Pending payment” means payment has not been confirmed. An order number, confirmation page or email acknowledging your order is not a payment receipt. Download access is granted only after the server records a valid successful payment and the order becomes eligible for delivery.
Prices, taxes and charges
Review the product price and the final order total at checkout. Any applicable charges must appear before you place your order. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or account charges; check those with the provider. This store does not sell subscriptions or automatically renew game purchases.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails, check your account and payment-provider activity before trying again. Do not repeatedly submit an uncertain payment. If you believe you were charged twice or your payment and order status disagree, contact chunwang_group@outlook.com with the order number and a redacted provider reference. Never send full card details.
Refunds
Approved refunds return through the original payment method where available. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider. A cancellation of an unpaid order does not require a refund because no successful payment has been recorded. See our Returns & refunds policy.
