Shipping & digital delivery
Digital games only. No shipping fee, carrier, customs shipment or physical tracking number is involved. Files become available in your account after payment is confirmed.
Delivery format
Your game is supplied as a ZIP containing index.html, local JavaScript and CSS files, and a read-me file. Extract all files to a folder, then open index.html in a compatible browser. The download is a playable game rather than an activation code for another platform.
When access starts
After successful payment has been confirmed and the order is eligible for delivery, open Account → Game library to find the download. Pending, failed or cancelled unpaid orders do not unlock files. A confirmation of order receipt is separate from confirmation of payment. No unverified screenshot or browser redirect is accepted as proof of payment.
Finding your download
Sign in with the account used at checkout, then open the Game library or the relevant order. Download availability and any file-specific restriction are shown with the download entry. The current collection does not impose a fixed download-count limit or scheduled download expiry, but continued access to an online service is not promised indefinitely. Keep a personal backup of files you lawfully download.
Compatibility
An up-to-date desktop browser with JavaScript enabled is recommended. Current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari are intended environments. Touch controls are included; device extraction and local-file handling may differ on phones and tablets. You do not need a third-party launcher or online game account to play the supplied games offline. Check the product page before ordering.
Download problems
If a completed paid order has no download, first confirm that you are signed in to the correct account. If a ZIP will not extract, download it again before opening the enclosed index.html file. If the problem persists, contact chunwang_group@outlook.com with your order number, game title and error message. We will investigate missing or defective delivery under our refund policy.
No postal returns or tracking
Our Hong Kong company address identifies the operator; it is not a parcel return instruction. Use Order tracking to check payment and digital-delivery status instead of searching for a courier number.
