Follow your payment and digital delivery in one place. There is no courier shipment for these downloadable games.
Your order at a glance
Sign in to Account → Orders for order details, payment status and available actions. Once a valid payment is confirmed, eligible files appear in Game library. If the order remains Pending payment, download access has not been granted.
What the statuses mean
Pending payment: order received; no confirmed payment or download entitlement.
On hold: the order requires a payment or support review; download is not promised.
Processing / Completed: consult the order and Game library for the delivery access associated with a confirmed payment.
Cancelled / Failed: the order is not being fulfilled.
Refunded: a refund has been recorded; the refunded game licence and download entitlement end as described in the refund policy.
Cannot find an order?
Check that you used the same email and account as at checkout. For support, contact chunwang_group@outlook.com with the order number, game title and order email address. Do not send your password or complete payment details.
