Cancellation policy
You can request cancellation before digital delivery. An unpaid order can be cancelled without a payment refund; paid orders require a check of the payment and delivery status.
Cancel an unpaid order
Sign in to Account → Orders, open the order and use Cancel if the action is shown. This changes the actual order status. If the action is unavailable, contact us with the order number. Cancelling an unpaid order does not create a refund or a download entitlement.
Cancel a paid order before supply
Email chunwang_group@outlook.com from the address used for the order and state that you want to cancel. Include the order number and game title. We will check whether payment has cleared and whether the digital file has been supplied, then confirm cancellation and any refund due.
After digital delivery
If the file has already been supplied or downloaded, see the Returns & refunds policy. We assess faults, non-delivery, duplication and any applicable withdrawal or cancellation rights. We do not treat agreement to our terms as an automatic waiver of mandatory rights.
No recurring subscriptions
The games in this collection are one-time purchases. There is no renewal payment, membership cancellation or recurring game subscription to manage. Cancelling a single order does not delete your account or other orders.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an unfulfilled order if the product is unavailable, the order cannot lawfully be accepted, payment cannot be verified or a material pricing error needs to be resolved. If funds have been received for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange the appropriate refund and explain the reason. We do not change an accepted price by silently charging an extra amount.
